Remedy For Prevention of Ticklish Situations Relating to Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace:--
𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝟏:-
The Internal Committee at Harsha's Workplace Establishment was duly constituted by an Order-in-Writing, on 15th May 2022, by the Employer designate-cum-Occupier of the Workplace, under Section-4 of the "Sexual Harassment of Woman at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibitions & Redressal) Act 2013" gazetted on 9th December 2013; andThe Constitution of aforesaid Internal Committee (commonly addressed as IC) was Notified by an Office Order/Circular dated 15.5.2022, for information of the Employees & Others; with the Names, Official Designation, Official Contact Telephone Numbers, and official Email addresses of the below-mentioned Functionaries / IC Office-Holders
1. Presiding Officer who is employed at Senior Level & is Nominated for a Term/Tenure of Three Years with effect from 15th May 2022;
2. One Female Employee as Member for a Term/Tenure of Two Years with effect from 15th May 2022; and
3. One Male Employee as Member for a Term/Tenure of One Year with effect from 15th May 2022; and
4. One Non-Employee, Third Party as Member (𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹) for a Term/Tenure of One Year with effect from 15th May 2022.
𝔼𝕩𝕔𝕖𝕡𝕥 the IC Member ( External) 𝙉𝙤𝙣𝙚 of the IC Employee-Members including the Presiding Officer, has any 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮, 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝟬𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 about any of their 24 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 to enable them to Discharge their said Duties, Responsibilities, and Role, faithfully and properly in a Fair, Just and Lawful manner;
All the Three Nominated Functiotioneries of this IC, are of late Feeling Listless, and get worried on hearing about the reported Surge in the Number of Sexual Harassment Cases / Incidents/occurrences and on realizing that more and more Aggrieved Women -Employees and Non-Employee-Women both of mustering /mastering Courage to Stand-Up to Speak-Up for 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 their Sexual Harassment at Workplace Complaints in course of and Arising out of their Employment for the Aggrieved-Women Now Know that they have 𝗮𝗻 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗦𝗛 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗲-𝗕𝗼𝘅 On-Line Portal for 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 their SH Complaints in case they feel that their SH Complainants are Being Trivialized and or receiving Lukewarm Response from either the Employer or the Internal Committee;
Failing to fathom the growing Uncertainties and Anxieties caused therefrom, the Presiding Officer,in consultations with the Employee-Members, made up their Mind to Consult their Compatriot Member (External) for a doable definite Remedy and the Member (External), promptly offered the following Remedy:--
1. 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 to educate IC Members about 24 Duties, Responsibilities & Roles; and
2. 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 to Train the IC Members on "How to Perform their Duties faithfully & properly;
