Stem The Rot
DGCA has detected two more cases of forged Aviation Pilot Licenses as per News paper Report. The total number of wannabe Pilots seeking and securing employment fraudulently with Upcoming Leaders in Low cost Civil Aviation Companies may or may not be the handiwork of unscrupulous competitions but amount to causing danger to Nation’s reputation and thus threat to national security.
There is no point in blaming the Company in whose Employees Rolls these “cheat” manipulated to get into. The real accused are those in Management Functions who were in any way involved with the “scrutiny of Applications for the Pilot’s Job”, Finalizing the Suitable Candidates for the Selection Interview Rounds and then finally “short-listing” the cheats for the Pilot’s Vacancy including the Appointing Authority.
All the Executives/Managers pinpointed as above must be charged with “dereliction of duty” , “carelessness”, “ callousness” connivance and complicity in violating the Rules & Regulations of the Corporation/Company and vitiating the “trust” of the Indian Nationals and Country’s Guest from other Countries.
The offences are so grave / serious that the Offenders, who indulged in glaring acts of Misconduct/Indiscipline, actually should be “dismissed” from Service/Employment for “loss of Confidence.
When our Prime Minister is being held accountable for the lapses of Short-listing and recommending the “Wrong Person” for the Job of CVC, WHY the Cadre of Officers of Airlines should be saved for their “misdeeds” which put Innocent Fliers lives in jeopardy.
The HR Functionaries concerned with and involved with wrong Hiring should admit their ignorance or arrogance or dereliction of duty must Quit or sacked at once. This step will save and protect Goodwill and reputation of Fellow HR/ Personnel Professional Practitioners.
The doctrine of quid pro quo must end if India wishes to be Good-to-Great Nation.
